Control the pH or ORP levels of your process with an integrated controller and pump-saves you time, money, and space. These solenoid-driven, diaphragm metering pumps and controllers are encased with an IP65, acid-resistant plastic housing. Polypropylene pump heads have manual air bleed, PTFE diaphragm, and Viton® wetted parts. Pump control systems accept level switches (order separately). Backlit LCD display has resolution of 0.01 pH or 1 mV. Controllers are programmable for on/off or proportional control applications and have manual temperature compensation. Control can be fine-tuned by programmable hysteresis and delay functions. Frequency of injections is programmable between 0 to 100% of the maximum flow rate of the pump. Control systems accept electrodes with BNC connectors and no temperature compensation; order electrodes separately.
